Dragon Ball Z: Super Butōden 3, called Dragon Ball Z 3: Ultime Menace in France, is the third installment in the Super Butōden series.
The game was released in Japan on September 29, 1994 and in France and Spain in 1994. Super Butōden 3 features ten playable characters. It is the only game in the series that lacks a story mode.
The game has 10 characters, 9 normal and 1 hidden. The hidden character, Future Trunks, can be unlocked with a code.
Controls:
Up/Down/Left/Right: Use ARROW KEYS.
Start-key: Press ENTER.
Select-key: Press RIGHT SHIFT.
B-key: Press Z.
A-key: Press X.
X-key: Press S.
Y-key: Press A.

How can you charge up in these Super Butoden games, I tried like every button on my keyboard, but no result in the end, I can only do the basic attacks, no special attacks or charging up!
Please help!
you have to use a and z at the same time and you will charge
