FUNimation Announces Dragon Ball Kai License!

SaiyanTeam @ 18:52pm GMT

Here is another brilliant update from us here at Dragonflick Z. If you are looking for something to keep the kids entertained then stick this on and you can get on with work or play a game or two of online casino (www.casino.com) or do whatever it is you want to do. You will be pleased that your child is happy and watching something they really enjoy.

Only a few hours ago on Q3 Fiscal 2010 earnings conference call, Navarre/FUNimation Chief Executive Officer Cary Deacon announced the official license of Dragon Ball Kai to FUNimation, This means for those who are not following so far that FUNimation are going to re dub the series thus it being available on Television, Internet ect.. Dragon Ball Kai is scheduled for release later part of the upcoming fiscal year which could mean summer 2010 or further if intended as fiscal 2011.

DBZKaiNo additional information is available right now as this information has only just been released, Information which we are still awaiting on is if Dragon Ball Kai will be available too Television, Internet and more. Here at DFZ will most likely thing it will be available in U.S this year and UK the following year. For the new FUNimation show of re dubbing Dragon Ball Kai they have slightly adjusted the title of the domestic release from Dragon Ball Kai to Dragon Ball Z Kai as seen on FUNimation’s blog this evening. For those who don’t know of Dragon Ball Kai basically it’s a refreshed version of the Dragon Ball Z TV Series with new musical score, Many of the respected actors and actresses returned and it’s a HD Version of Z with the filler cut out, For more information on Kai click here.

This is huge and great news for us DBZ Fans, Especially for us at DFZ. Us at DFZ are from the UK so we haven’t seen any type of Dragon Ball on Television for years, much longer than the U.S.

Please leave your thoughts on this below, Thanks!

  6. sk says:

Really the only differences are that there is so much less filler and it’s been re-animated in a HD format. It’s nice and stay’s on track rather, for example, having stupid side stories on snake way. You know the ones.
