This was absolutely outstanding. Piccolo’s voice is SPOT-ON. Idk where you found these clips, but I know this isn’t from any movie or special. Just… Blown away. This is great.

this was an ova of dragonballz so it is made by toriama but it was only in english……………..so a coupe of fans dubbed it to english…………………..its pritty good except for gohan

It’s not fan-made. The video itself was produced for a Video game that came out in the 90′s. The Dub is fan-done however.
